Neocyspin (Microemulsion Cyclosporine) is a third generation immunosuppressant drug widely used in organ transplant to reduce the activity of the patient's immune system, and therefore the risk of transplant organ rejection.

Indications:

Neocyspin is indicated for the treatment of transplant rejection such as bone marrow, liver, heart and kidney, autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, severe psoriasis. Dosage Guidelines:

The daily dose of Microemulsion Cyclosporin (Neocyspin) should always be given in two divided doses (BID). It is recommended that Neocyspin (Microemulsion Cyclosporine) be administered on a consistent schedule with regard to time of day and relation to meals. Grapefruit and grapefruit juice affect metabolism, increasing blood concentration of Cyclosporine, thus should be avoided.

Neocyspin is available in 25 mg, 50 mg 100 mg soft gelatin capsules and 5 gm/50 mL oral solution.
