Mr. Salahuddin Haider is the founder of Biocare Pharmaceutica. He brings with him over 34 years of diversified and accredited experience in various fields of Pharma industry. He holds the privilege of serving multinationals and national companies like Cyanamid, Johnson & Johnson and RG Pharmaceutica.
Mr. Salahuddin has established vision, & commitment to strategic priorities. Operational excellences are the heart of that vision. He constantly observes and involves achieving the Biocare culture and values. He always ensure that those values are applied consistently from top to bottom, across all departments and makes people feel safe and respected, enabling them to perform at their best.

Mr. Ali Haider looks after sales, marketing and management of the Biocare Pharmaceutica. He has academic background in Management & Marketing from well-recognized American University. His roles include developing innovative solution for internal teams and driving the people development and organizational effectiveness strategy in collaboration with departments. He also oversees the execution of the company’s strategy of finding external partners and maintaining a rich pipeline to keep Biocare ahead of competition.

Mr. Hassan Haider is the head of Account & finance department of Biocare Pharmaceutica. He is responsible for company’s finance operations, including Tax and Audit services. He has a degree in Accounting and Finance from one of the renowned university in the country. He forte in integrated approach to financial planning pivotal for company’s effectiveness in meeting its long-term goals.

Mr. Arif Haider is one of the founders of the company. He is chartered accountant (CA) and has a vast experience of financial management and HR development in multinational companies in Pakistan and aboard. His main focus is on the development of innovative, skilled and committed team while maintaining Biocare core values to foster a culture where people build a successful career.

Mr. Syed Naeem Hussain is in Pharma industry since 1976, and holds an extensive professional experience of working in Winthrop and Nicholas. He is one of the founder members of the company and is currently serving the organization in the capacity of Director Business Development. He excels in Licensing, Market access, Pipeline portfolio management and other key function of the organization.

Mr. Salman Ahmed is leads the strategic directions of Biocare marketing teams. He is microbiologists and MBA, and is in Pharma profession since 1982. Prior to joining Biocare held leadership roles at various multinationals like Wellcome, Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He is also responsible for leading critical initiative to regularly engage and develop employees to acquire required talent to succeed in the face of fierce competition.

Mr. Mian Shams Uz Zaman is currently leading the operations of sales Department. He is responsible of managing sales force of all four therapeutic divisions countrywide. i.e. Antibiotics, Gastroenterology/Hepatology, Nephrology/Immunosuppressive agents and Anesthetics. Prior to joining Biocare he has also served Cyanamid Pakistan Limited. He believes that people are the biggest asset that makes Biocare stand out from the competition. Under his leadership, the sales department has delivered a robust growth in sales.

Mr. Shakeel Khan has Master’s Degree in Finance. He has over 15 years experience in Finance & Accounting. He is associated with Biocare Pharmaceutica for last 10 years. Currently second in command in looking after finance operation of the company after Mr. Hassan Haider (Director Finance). He is responsible for company’s accounting activities, such as reporting and analysis of the company earnings, expenses and overall financial position.
